How do I rent BeamBot automovers?
Contact us directly or rent through your local rental house. We match most show rental house pricing discounts, available through Sunbelt, MBSE and Cinelease.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes—options depend on schedule and location. Include your city and preferred delivery window in the request and we’ll confirm logistics.
What do you need to quote accurately?
Shoot dates, pickup/return location, quantity, fixture type/weight, mounting plan, and whether you need any accessories or spares.
Is it compatible with my console or DMX system?
BeamBot is DMX-based. If you tell us your console/software and universe plan, we’ll confirm channel mode and patch details.
How many DMX channels does the BeamBot Automover use?
The BeamBot Automover uses 4 DMX channels:
- Tilt down
- Tilt up
- Pan right
- Pan left
Note: If any two channels are on at the same time unit will not operate. All orders come with a USB with our Ion profile set up.
Can I get setup help on set?
We can provide remote support by default, with on-call options available depending on schedule. Ask for support needs in your request.
